GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF STAY

1. General Information

Hotel Casa Treviño is a boutique hotel located in Campo de Criptana (Ciudad Real). For any inquiries, customers can contact via email [email protected] or through the official website www.hotelcasatrevino.com.

These Terms and Conditions govern the contractual relationship between the hotel and customers who make an individual reservation, either directly or through third-party platforms.

Group reservations (4 or more rooms) and full hotel rental are governed by specific conditions, previously agreed in writing, which will prevail over these.

2. Reservations

The hotel offers several ways to make reservations: through the official website, by email, by phone or through authorized online booking platforms.

All reservations may require a credit card as guarantee or prepayment, depending on the rate, season or specific reservation conditions.

Same-day reservations are accepted until 4:00 PM, subject to availability.

On certain dates, a minimum number of nights may be established, which should be checked in the availability calendar.

3. Prices and Payments

All prices include applicable taxes. Currently, the establishment does not apply a tourist tax.

Accepted payment methods are: cash at the hotel, bank card and bank transfer.

The stay amount may be charged partially at the time of reservation and the rest before or during check-in, according to the contracted rate.

The hotel will issue invoices to customers who request them.

4. Reception, Check-in and Check-out

The hotel has reception and customer service during the following hours:

Sunday to Thursday: 08:00 to 16:00
Friday and Saturday: 08:00 to 22:00

For guests arriving outside these hours, the hotel offers self check-in, sending the necessary instructions in advance to access the room.

Check-in: from 3:00 PM
Check-out: until 12:00 PM
Late check-out: on demand, until 2:00 PM, with a supplement of €30.00 per room, subject to availability.

5. House Rules

Smoking is only permitted in designated outdoor areas, in accordance with current legislation.

Pets are not allowed in the establishment.

Guests must respect the rest of other customers and comply with legal regulations regarding noise and coexistence.

Parties or activities that may disturb other guests are not permitted.

The customer will be responsible for any damage caused in the room or hotel facilities.

6. Hotel Services

Breakfast

Included in the stay. Flexible schedule according to guest preference:

Monday to Saturday: 08:00 - 09:30
Sundays: 08:00 - 10:00

Cave Spa

Available for 90-minute rental.

Sunday to Thursday: €30.00
Friday, Saturday, holiday eves and holidays: €50.00

Massages or other wellness services can be contracted with additional payment. Check our services here.

Garden Rental for Events

Available exclusively in June, July and August.

For private events in the afternoon-evening, duration of 3 hours, between 7:00 PM and 11:00 PM.

Rates:

Sunday to Thursday: €150.00
Friday, Saturday, holiday eves and holidays: €300.00

In case of bad weather, as there is no alternative covered space, a full refund will be made, deducting only €20.00 for management expenses.

7. Room Use and Access

Rooms are for the exclusive use of registered guests.

Access to rooms or hotel facilities by non-guests is not permitted without express authorization from the hotel.

8. Cleaning and Sustainability

The hotel offers daily room cleaning.

Towel and linen changes are made upon request, as a measure of commitment to the environment.

9. Parking

The hotel has private parking by reservation and subject to availability.

Cost: €12 per vehicle per night.

The hotel is not responsible for damage, theft or defects suffered by parked vehicles.

10. Babies, Children and Extra Beds

Babies 0-3 years: free accommodation, crib upon request and subject to availability.
Children 4-11 years: extra bed €40.00 per person/night, upon request and availability.
Children over 11 years: count as an adult. Family suites and suites are available for them for 3 or more people.

11. Groups and Full Hotel Rental

Reservations for 4 or more rooms, as well as full hotel rental, will be subject to specific conditions, previously agreed in writing and which will prevail over these General Terms and Conditions.

12. Common Areas

The hotel has rest rooms, breakfast area, patios, pool and common bathrooms.

Guests must make responsible use of these areas, respecting rest and coexistence.

General hours: until 11:00 PM
Pool: until 9:30 PM

13. Lost Items

Lost items will be registered and kept for a maximum of 2 months.

After this period, the hotel may dispose of them.

14. Personal Data Processing

In accordance with GDPR (EU 2016/679) and LOPDGDD, personal data provided in the booking process will be processed by Casa Treviño Boutique Hotel S.L., with registered office at Calle Soledad, 16, 13610, Campo de Criptana (Ciudad Real) and email [email protected], as Data Controller.

Purpose of processing: management of accommodation reservations, customer service and compliance with legal, accounting and tax obligations.

Data retention: while necessary for the indicated purposes or by legal obligations.

Booking engine: Cloudbeds, acting as data processor. Privacy policy: https://www.cloudbeds.com/privacy-policy/.

Banking data: only for reservation guarantee and application of penalties according to rate.

User rights: access, rectification, deletion, opposition, limitation of processing and portability by written request with copy of identity document, sent to [email protected] or by postal mail to the controller’s address.

15. Accuracy of Data

The user is responsible for the truthfulness and accuracy of the data provided. The hotel may exclude from services users who provide false data, without prejudice to legal actions.

If third-party data is provided (companions or additional guests), the user confirms having their consent and informing them of the privacy policy.

16. Use of Cookies

Currently, the hotel does not use its own or third-party cookies for analytical, advertising or remarketing purposes. If implemented, users will be informed and prior consent will be requested.

17. Hotel Responsibility and Booking Conditions

Access to the website does not imply a commercial relationship beyond the reservation.

When making a reservation, the user confirms and understands that:

They are of legal age and have legal capacity to book.
They provide truthful and complete data.
The reservation corresponds to dates, number of people and type of accommodation selected.
Prices include VAT and services indicated in the rate.
Services not included (transfers, minibar, laundry, parking, etc.) will be paid at the hotel.
Payment for the stay and cancellation policy will be made according to the chosen rate.
Rooms available from 3:00 PM (check-in) and must be vacated before 12:00 PM (check-out).

18. Personal Documentation

All guests must present a valid identity document (ID card, NIE or passport) upon registration. Minors must be accompanied by parents, legal guardians or have authorization.

19. Hotel Rates

Non-Refundable Rate

Includes: boutique breakfast.
Payment: full amount at the time of reservation. Confirmation after processing payment.
Cancellation/modification: does not allow changes or cancellations. 100% penalty. Travel insurance recommended.

Long Stay Rate

Includes: boutique breakfast.
Payment: total 15 days before arrival. Card pre-authorization possible.
Cancellation/modification: free until 15 days before. Outside deadline or No-Show: 100% penalty.
Minimum stay: 7 nights. Stay reduction: loss of discount and recalculation according to standard rate.

Standard Rate

Includes: boutique breakfast.
Payment: total 7 days before arrival. Card pre-authorization possible.
Cancellation/modification: free until 7 days before. Outside deadline or No-Show: 100% penalty.

20. Applicable Legislation

These Terms and Conditions are governed by Spanish legislation. For any dispute, the parties submit to the competent courts and tribunals.
