Just 50 meters from the town's Main Square, 200m from the characteristic Albaicín neighborhood, and 550m from the illustrious Sierra de los Molinos de Viento (Windmill Range), our design hotel is in a unique location to enjoy La Tierra del Quijote. You can access through the main entrance located at Calle Soledad, 16 (https://maps.app.goo.gl/zf7UKukpP6NkQJyV8) or through the private guarded parking at Calle Veracruz, 22 (https://maps.app.goo.gl/3DoSFRsXMRmjXzjr9). Ours is a quiet hotel where experience and rest are paramount. It features 13 fully equipped design rooms, each with different characteristics.

Access to Campo de Criptana can be by different means: By car. The main road entrances to Campo de Criptana are: CM-3105 – Access from the Autovía de los Viñedos (CM42), CM-3166 – From Alcázar de San Juan (CR), CM-420 – Access from the Autovía de los Viñedos (CM42) linked with the Autovía de Andalucía (A4). By Train (Medium Distance): Please note that the train station is located on the outskirts of the town, however, if the traveler needs taxi service, they can hire it by calling 667694368.

Check-in: from 3:00 PM. Check-out: until 12:00 PM. Late check-out: on demand, until 2:00 PM, with a supplement of €30.00 per room, subject to availability. Attended reception hours: Sunday: 08:00 to 14:00. Monday to Thursday: 08:00 to 16:00. Friday and Saturday: 08:00 to 22:00. For guests arriving outside these hours, the hotel offers self check-in, sending the necessary instructions in advance to access the room. Outside the attended reception hours, we have an on-call phone to attend to your needs, which is provided to the guest in their booking email.

Breakfast is included in the room price. Our breakfasts have been prepared from a careful selection of local and seasonal products, and are served at the table in a personalized manner as part of the Casa Treviño experience. We also accommodate allergies and special diets upon prior request. Breakfast hours: Monday to Saturday: 08:00 - 09:30. Sundays: 08:00 - 10:00. The place where it will be served is in the social lounge located right in front of reception. Garden breakfast option depending on season.

It is possible to park in the hotel surroundings. However, being located in a central area, parking options are very limited, so we recommend reserving a space in our private guarded parking. If you do not choose this option, you can stop your vehicle in the loading and unloading space designated for this purpose in front of the hotel door, although you must remember this space is not intended for parking. Parking access must be requested in advance with the hotel and will be subject to availability. The parking is located on our premises, is private and guarded. We have 10 spaces. Parking use incurs a daily charge of €13 per parking space. The parking also has an electric charger for two cars; the charging price is €0.35/kWh. The hotel is not responsible for damage, theft or defects suffered by parked vehicles.

Our hotel has different types of beds (single and double). It is recommended to consult with the hotel about availability and preferences before booking for perfect adaptation to guest needs. We also have extra beds* and cots (subject to availability) which we recommend requesting before booking. *Extra beds will have a surcharge of €40/night. Babies 0-3 years: free accommodation, crib upon request and subject to availability. Children 4-11 years: extra bed €40.00 per person/night, upon request and availability. Children over 11 years: count as an adult. Our hotel has individual climate control per room (both heating and air conditioning), free Wi-Fi, refrigerator, and safe (subject to availability). The hotel is accessible for people with reduced mobility and we have an adapted room (subject to availability). The pool is available until 9:30 PM and common areas until 11:00 PM. Our Cave-Spa is available for 90-minute rental: Sunday to Thursday: €50.00. Friday, Saturday, holiday eves and holidays: €60.00. Massages or other wellness services can be contracted with additional payment. We also offer garden rental for events exclusively in June, July and August. From Adolfo Suárez Madrid-Barajas Airport it is about 150 km by road (roughly 1h30–1h45 depending on traffic). You can also take the train to Alcázar de San Juan and complete the journey by taxi or hire car — we are happy to advise based on your arrival time.
